Meet the Team
In February 2025, four senior women leaders came together to establish an emergency initiative to support the USAID community — Aid Transition Alliance (AidTA).
Susan Reichle
Executive DirectorSusan Reichle is a retired Senior Foreign Service Officer at the USAID and former President & CEO of the International Youth Foundation. She led IYF’s global strategy focused on the youth agency, economic opportunity, and systems change, & spent over 25 years shaping development policy & leadership at USAID, including as Counselor to the Agency. She continues to serve on the several boards and global development networks.
Erin E. McKee
Ambassador Erin E. McKee is a veteran U.S. diplomat with decades of experience in American foreign policy, economic diplomacy, and international development. She served under five U.S. administrations, including as U.S. Ambassador and as Assistant Administrator at USAID.
As CEO of Nova Ukraine, she leads efforts to strengthen U.S.–Ukraine relations and mobilize humanitarian support, advancing Ukraine's role as a vital partner in global democracy and resilience.
Executive Director
Alicia Dinerstein is a seasoned international development professional who spent over 26 years with USAID, serving in technical and leadership roles in nine missions across three continents, as well as at HQ. She focused on streamlining agency systems and strengthening leadership capacity. After retiring from the Senior Foreign Service in 2021, she spent two years as a counselor at the U.S. Department of State, helping staff transition to retirement or new careers.
Executive DirectorAlicia Dinerstein
Jeanne Briggs served with USAID for 24 years & was forcibly retired last year by the illegal Reduction in Force. She spent 15 years in hardship posts in Africa and Asia, mostly recently in Kinshasa, DR Congo. Throughout her career she has been a champion & advocate for mental health & wellness issues in USAID’s programming & supporting its workforce. She also served as the Senior Advisor for Professional Development in the Bureau for Democracy, Rights & Governance, helping to strengthen leadership & learning across the Agency.
